Role:Site Manager
Location:Belfast
Hours:Full time (Monday Friday) (Permanent)
Pay:£45,000 – £50,000
We are working with a well-established, multi-skilled organisation with a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and customer service across UK public and private sector projects. They require a site manager for a 6-month project with the job being permanent as they have future projects planned

The Role:
- Work closely with the Contracts Manager to plan the project effectively
- Day-to-day management of the site
- Reviewing performance against targets
- Identifying and managing potential risks and opportunities
- Establish and maintain storage for materials, plant and tools
- Managing stock to meet agreed deadlines and budget of the project
The Requirements:
- 3 + Years experience as Site Manager (A Degree / HND in a construction)
- 5 + Years experience as Site Manager (Working on projects ranging from £3M+)
- Someone with the flexibility to travel (NI)
- Strong knowledge of latest building regulations, legislation and Health and Safety
- A current valid CSR / CSCS Card
