The Role:
• Interpret and communicate construction drawings on site
• Carry out setting out with precision, ensuring accuracy of works
• Monitor programme deadlines and influence site progress
• Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to SHEQ standards at all times
The Person:
• Third-level qualification in Construction Engineering/Management
• 2+ years’ postgraduate experience (ideally in residential builds)
• Experience in using Total station robotics
• Strong numeracy and IT skills (MS packages)
• Full, valid driving licence and relevant site cards
