Job Description
Key Responsibilities
– Lead the development, validation, and execution of thermal and structural (FEA) simulations.
– Collaborate with engineering teams to support new and existing product designs through advanced modeling techniques.
– Develop and implement strategies for digitalization of the design process, integrating simulation into the overall product lifecycle.
– Mentor and coach simulation team members, providing technical guidance and conducting regular reviews.
– Analyze data from physical testing and simulations to validate models and improve prediction accuracy.
– Ensure simulation practices align with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
– Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in an engineering discipline
Desired Characteristics
– Proven experience in thermal, fluid, and structural (FEA) simulations.
– Proficiency with simulation tools such as ANSYS, Fluent, or similar platforms.
– Experience with data acquisition systems and analysis of experimental results.
– Understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural mechanics.
– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
– Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams is highly desirable.
