About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, youll inspire customers with creative design ideas and help them choose the right tile and bathroom products. Youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales success within the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and assistance to customers in selecting products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to sale.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, appointments, and quotations.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure stock is presented to a high standard.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge through training.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer enquiries.
- Support branch operations and work collaboratively with the wider team.
Essential Criteria
- Previous Sales experience within a Retail or Trade environment or similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong customer service focus
- High attention to detail
- IT literate
Desirable
- Experience within the Tile and Bathroom sector
