Flexsource NI are working exclusively with a client based in the Newry area in the recruitment of a Showroom Manager on a full time, permanent basis, with a salary of up to £35,000 based on experience.

This role will involve 1-2 days per week being spent in the Belfast showroom.

Responsibilities:

*Maintaining both Newry and Belfast showrooms, ensuring layouts and merchandising are up to date.

*Monitoring stock levels of showrooms and ordering stock as required

*Proactively get involved in all customer service and sales activities

*Manage social media content and online presence, coordinating product promotions and seasonal campaigns

*Scheduling rotas for staff, ensuring both sites are adequately staffed at all times

*Supervise and support showroom staff, encouraging a positive working environment whilst also delegating tasks as appropriate

*Review sales transactions ensuring accuracy and promotions are inline with company policy.

*Identify areas for improvements in all customer service and workflow processes

Requirements:

*Previous experience within a showroom setting, ideally with a focus on timber products

*Previous leadership or management within a showroom or retail environment

*Strong promotional skills through social media

*Comfortable with managing processes and identifying improvements
