Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Host / Sales Assistant to join our client. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and support throughout their showroom experience. A passion for interiors and an eye for design would be a great advantage, as you will help clients create beautiful and functional bathroom spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with customers visiting the showroom.
- Provide excellent customer service and product advice to assist clients in their selection process.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Bathroom Envys product range and brand ethos.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Assist with showroom presentation and ensure displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Work closely with the design and management team to ensure smooth customer experience from enquiry to completion.
- Handle phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within a retail or showroom environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Basic IT skills for order processing and quotation preparation.
Desirable Criteria:
- An eye for interior design and an understanding of current home trends.
- Experience within bathroom, kitchen, or interior showrooms.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00am 5:30pm
- Saturday: 10:00am 4:00pm
- Sunday: Day off
- One day off during the week in lieu of Saturday work.
