As Shift Manager, you’ll support the management team
by leading shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and being a role model to
the team on the floor.
Run Great Shifts…
- Take control of the shift – from setting the
pace to problem solving in the moment. - Motivate the team and keep energy levels high,
even when it’s busy. - Ensure the restaurant is clean, well stocked,
and fully compliant at all times.
Support the Team…
- Coach team members during shifts to deliver
excellent service and follow standards. - Help train new starters and create a positive,
productive team culture. - Work closely with senior managers to make sure
team and guest needs are met.
Deliver Top Tier Guest Experiences…
- Be the go to person for guests and staff during
service. - Handle any issues or feedback professionally and
proactively. - Lead by example in creating a friendly,
welcoming atmosphere.
Keep Things Running Smoothly…
- Monitor stock, cleanliness, and safety standards
throughout your shift. - Follow and enforce company procedures – from
opening and closing to food safety and cash handling. - Contribute to a safe, secure, and supportive
working environment.
About You:
- Experience
in a supervisor, team leader, or keyholder role in hospitality or
retail. - Confident
leading a team in a fast paced environment. - Strong
communicator with a calm, can do attitude. - Passion
for great service and a keen eye for detail. - Ambition
