Working in a busy fast paced food manufacturing environment your role as a shift Manager will include working closely with the Factory Manager to plan production team.
-To Manage Team Leaders and help with any issues.
-Train staff new staff and upskill existing staff
-Check relevant paperwork is completed and on the daily sheets.
– Running of a busy production line Team
– Ensuring efficiencies and shift targets are met
– Organising your team for effective changeovers
– Completing production paperwork to ensure accuracy of information
– Minimising waste on your lines
The person
Will have experience of running a busy production line to machine minder or assistant team leader level, Production experience is essential Minimum 1 year Experience.
