About the Role: As Service Manager, you’ll lead and manage a high-quality Supported Living Service, ensuring exceptional care delivery that aligns with organisational objectives and the aspirations of the individuals supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Leadership: Act as Registered Manager, ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery aligned with strategic aims.
- Team Management: Recruit, develop, mentor, supervise, and performance manage staff, fostering professional growth and effective teamwork.
- Quality and Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and organisational policies, implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Person-Centred Planning: Champion person-centred thinking and planning, involving supported individuals in service development and daily management.
- Service Development: Collaborate with external stakeholders, assess needs, and develop comprehensive support arrangements and operational plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential:
- Option 1: Recognised Health and Social Services Professional Qualification (Social Work, Registered Nurse, or Allied Health Professional) with at least 4 years’ relevant experience, including 2 years in operational management; current professional registration.
- Option 2: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (or commitment to complete within 18 months), with at least 5 years’ relevant experience including 2 years in operational management; current or eligible NISCC registration.
- Full valid driving licence or ability to travel independently.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time
Location: Belfast (ability to travel independently essential)
Salary: £35,500-£40,500 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Permanent
