Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager at Pure Engineering Group in Newry. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service & Maintenance Department, including commercial preventative maintenance and servicing. The Service Manager will work closely with clients to ensure their mechanical systems are optimized for maximum life cycle. The Service Manager will also be responsible for the daily diary management of a small group of engineers, ensuring they have work schedules each day.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance and servicing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant certifications in mechanical engineering or a related field
