Service Coordinator

£30,000 to £35,000 + benefits
We are working with a specialist business to recruit for their new Service Coordinator / Customer Service Administrator to join them in Mayobridge on a permanent basis.
As a main point of contact for commercial customers you will;
- Handling calls from customers on service & maintenance needs
- Registering and qualifying customers service needs
- Liaising with engineering team to ensure work can be completed to schedules
- Ongoing liaison with customers on works
- Ordering parts from suppliers
- All associated administration
What we are looking for
- Experienced in a similar role i.e. customer support / service or maintenance planning or scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident IT skills ideally to include a CRM or similar
