Service Assistant, Newtownabbey, £27k
Reporting to the Service Manager and supporting the existing administrative team, the primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting the Service Coordinator with departmental documentation, including timesheets, invoicing, engineer reports, and customer reports.
- Supporting other departments as needed, such as printing and referencing CAD drawings, filing, archiving, and answering phone calls.
- Performing general administrative duties as required.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Previous relevant experience within engineering / construction / automotive or similar environment dealing with engineers / service personnel
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- A friendly and approachable manner.
- A professional attitude, demonstrating integrity and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support team members when needed.
Working hours 8.30am – 430pm Monday – Friday.
