Duties

• Greet customers and assess their needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required for vehicles.
• Upsell additional services
• Maintain accurate records
• Handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
• Other adhoc duties

About you..

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems
• IT proficient
