Hours: 8:30am 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4pm Friday.

Bells Crossgar Motors are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team. With over 60 years’ experience in the car trading world, they are proud to be a local, family run and family lead, award-winning new and used car dealership in County Down.
Job Summary
The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between the customer and the servicing department. They liaise with the customer and express customer concerns to servicing team, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as a team player with a sales-minded attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling service appointments, MOTs, coordinating with entire Aftersales department to optimise a smooth delivery service.
- Managing and updating customer records, ensuring accurate documentation and transactions are recorded within the system.
- Establishing strong relationships with customers, keeping them informed throughout each step of their car service.
- Promoting parts and accessories to the customer that meet their vehicles need or issue.
- Taking note of customer concerns and correctly documenting their vehicles issues for technicians.
- Maintaining a large volume of customer interactions. This includes both telephone calls with the customer and online booking systems.
Skills and Qualifications needed
- Ability to work in a customer focused, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills.
- GCSE Mathematics and English Language A – C (or equivalent).
- Problem Solving and Multitasking Skills.
- Previous Experience in a Customer facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Basic Technical Knowledge
- Excellent Time Management and Organisational Skills.
- Computer Literacy
