Service Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Administrator to join a family run organisation in Lisburn.
This is a Full-Time, permanent position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.15am-4.45pm and Fri 8.15am-3.45pm
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and log service/repair requests from customers.
- Manage day to day activity and plan workload for the service engineers in workshop and on site.
- Ensure all service contracts are adhered to and coordinated into daily and monthly planning schedule.
- Talk to customers at the counter and by phone, always ensuring a professional and courteous approach.
- General day to day bookkeeping using ‘INTACT’ management software.
- General admin duties ensuring stationary and other consumables available when needed.
- Assist in preparing delivery documents and invoicing.
- Assisting with credit control tasks: customers aged balances when required.
- Be expected to complete any other reasonable duties in line with his/her responsibilities to assist in the smooth running of the business.
