About the Role: As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding both your team and the individuals we support. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality care, promoting independence and facilitating community involvement. Key Responsibilities: Person-Centred Support: Develop supportive relationships, provide tailored care, and coordinate reviews and personal plans. Health & Safety: Ensure the wellbeing of individuals, manage personal care respectfully, and report safeguarding concerns promptly. Social & Communication: Promote independent decision-making, community engagement, and maintain vital social connections. Skill Development: Assist individuals in domestic tasks, financial management, and accessing essential services. Qualifications & Experience: Essential: At least 6 months paid experience in health and social care or community support roles. Desirable: Experience using person-centred support plans; QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to obtain).
