We are recruiting for:
Title: Senior Support Worker Level 1 Team Leader Full Time & Part Time
Post: Based in Ballynahinch
Hours: Days/Nights Rota to be discussed at interview.
Salary:£28,600
Annual Leave:5.6 weeks per year
Role:.To work as part of the caring team providing high quality care and support in a residential setting to adults with a learning disability whose behaviour challenges services. You will supervise and direct the work of a cottage-based support worker team.

Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of one year full time employment working with adults with a learning disability.
- Valid NISCC Registration, or be prepared to complete this registration.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working in a caring setting.
- Experience managing people with challenging behaviour
