Were looking for a Senior SDET to help shape and lead a test automation function within a fast-paced, forward-thinking fintech environment.
This is a unique opportunity to design and implement automation frameworks and testing strategies that will drive quality, speed, and innovation across the entire software development lifecycle. Youll work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient testing solutions are in place from the ground up.

What Youll Be Doing
- Designing and maintaining automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing
- Driving test strategy across development phases, from unit to end-to-end
- Championing best practices in CI/CD, BDD/TDD, and shift-left testing
- Mentoring engineers and influencing quality-first thinking across teams
- Collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality releases at speed
What Youll Bring
- 4-6 years in a similar SDET or test automation role
- Strong coding skills C#/.NET
- Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured, JMeter
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration
- A passion for quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
