Vickerstock are working in partnership with a specialist fitout contractor on the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Fit Out)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Newry & travel to sites in Ireland
Your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Take off from drawings
- Creation of BoQs
- Complete measurements, valuations and work agreements
- Monitor costs from sub-contractors
- Regularly report on project costs & cash flow
- Complete final agreements
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong fit-out experience
- MRICS Status is beneficial
- Ability to travel to sites (full driver’s licence)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Full right to work in Ireland
