Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

Lead all commercial aspects of multiple projects, from tender through final account.

Negotiate and manage sub-contractor packages.

Handle valuations, variations, and monthly cost reporting.

Build strong working relationships with internal teams and clients.
-
Identify and resolve cost-related issues.
-
Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
This role will involve travel to the Kegworth office every two weeks.

Candidate Profile:
-
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
-
10+ years post-graduate experience, ideally in residential and commercial sectors.

Strong grasp of JCT, NEC, or PWC contracts.

Proficient in estimating, cost control, and managing variations.

Skilled in team leadership and mentoring.
