The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering multiple construction projects across both Northern and Southern Ireland with a primary focus on projects in the North.
You will be responsible for cost control, value engineering, contract administration, and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Conduct valuations, negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor accounts
- Ensure all work complies with contractual and legal obligations
- Work independently and take ownership of commercial functions
- Provide support and reporting to senior management
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in a Senior QS role.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
