Senior Project Manager

Location: Belfast

Salary: 55-65k DOE

Becoming a Senior member of the team you will oversee & manage large scale projects across the UK and Ireland. We have recently been appointed to several exciting new projects and you will oversee the lifecycle of each. In addition, you will manage junior members of staff while reporting to the senior management team.

What youll need to succeed
To be successful as a Senior Project Manager you will have a minimum of 8-10 years experience in the construction sector, demonstrating appropriate skills within a similar role, ideally within a client side / consultancy environment. You will have a degree in a construction related discipline ideally with Chartered Status. It is essential that you have a proven track record of delivering high value construction schemes from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they were completed on time and within budget. Established capability in report writing
Experience of managing a multi-disciplinary design team in a client facing role
Track record of leading on decision making within project delivery
Proficient in MS Project (or similar)
Competent in contract administration duties (JCT/NEC etc.)
