Senior Payroll Officer Lisburn – £35,000 + Excellent benefits CPL are pleased to work with a leading manufacturing company that have grown significantly over the past 40 years. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a driven and ambitious payroll professional to join the team. Duties: *Overseeing the delivery, processing and approval of weekly and monthly payroll. *Supervising the workload of the payroll department. *Review payroll systems, controls and processes and implementing changes where necessary. *Acting as the main point of contact for 3rd party payroll. *Oversee employer obligations in relation to pensions and statutory payments. Criteria: *The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar position in a medium to large business. *Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or higher to include English and Math. *Knowledge of Payroll, HR and Time & Attendance systems. *Continuous-improvement mindset.
