Customer Communications & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns that support onboarding, engagement, and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure clear, consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work with sales, account management and customer service teams to provide timely and relevant customer communications.

Salesforce & Email Marketing

  • Create and manage customer email templates in Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, ensuring they are visually engaging and conversion focused.
  • Support the automation of customer lifecycle communications to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Use A/B testing and performance data to optimise email content and design.

Upsell & Retention Focus

  • Develop targeted customer communications that increase product adoption and generate upsell opportunities.
  • Assist in customer retention initiatives, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Support the implementation of customer feedback mechanisms to improve content and messaging.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Commercial teams to ensure a joined-up approach to customer communications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all external-facing materials.
  • Support wider marketing initiatives as needed.
