Job Description
Customer Communications & Campaign Execution
- Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns that support onboarding, engagement, and upsell opportunities.
- Ensure clear, consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Work with sales, account management and customer service teams to provide timely and relevant customer communications.
Salesforce & Email Marketing
- Create and manage customer email templates in Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, ensuring they are visually engaging and conversion focused.
- Support the automation of customer lifecycle communications to enhance engagement and retention.
- Use A/B testing and performance data to optimise email content and design.
Upsell & Retention Focus
- Develop targeted customer communications that increase product adoption and generate upsell opportunities.
- Assist in customer retention initiatives, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Support the implementation of customer feedback mechanisms to improve content and messaging.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Commercial teams to ensure a joined-up approach to customer communications.
- Maintain brand consistency across all external-facing materials.
- Support wider marketing initiatives as needed.
