Senior Maintenance Surveyor(s) 37 Hours p/w Salary Scale:£38,050-£44,392pa Job Reference:SMS/5550/0525 Choice is seeking to recruit two Senior Maintenance Surveyors to act as lead technical advisers on property matters to a defined area housing management team, managing complex repairs and maintenance issues, overseeing compliance, and supporting the Area Manager in the delivery of the day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance service.
