What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide technical support to clients remotely and on-site across various systems and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and VPN issues promptly.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 environments and maintain Windows servers and desktop systems.
  • Assist with infrastructure and cloud projects, while maintaining accurate documentation.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar MSP support role.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with VPN technologies and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a full UK driving licence.
