What you’ll be doing:
- Provide technical support to clients remotely and on-site across various systems and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and VPN issues promptly.
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments and maintain Windows servers and desktop systems.
- Assist with infrastructure and cloud projects, while maintaining accurate documentation.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar MSP support role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with VPN technologies and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a full UK driving licence.
