Senior HR Officer
Location: Dungannon
Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)

We’re supporting a well-established manufacturing business in Dungannon to recruit a Senior HR Officer. This is a key role on site, focused on providing day-to-day HR support across a diverse workforce, including permanent and seasonal employees.
You’ll be the main point of contact for HR at the site and work closely with the leadership team. There is support from a Group HR Manager at another location, but this is a hands-on role with real ownership.
Key responsibilities:
- Support managers with employee relations, absence, performance, and recruitment
- Help manage onboarding and seasonal labour requirements
- Get involved in staff engagement, internal communication, and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Assist with training, development, and maintaining up-to-date policies and records
- Be a visible and approachable presence across the site
What they’re looking for:
- Solid generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or a similar fast-paced setting
- Confident handling day-to-day HR matters independently
- Positive, enthusiastic, and keen to support wider engagement and improvement activity
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred
