What will you do?
Reporting to the Director, as Stand-Alone Senior HR Advisor you will provide specialist HR Support and have full autonomy across the employee lifecycle supporting company premises located across all jurisdictions.
Duties include:
- Act as a specialist advisor on all employee relations issues raised by area managers and employees including performance management, absence management and payroll queries
- Assist area managers on recruitment and selection processes across all company premises including conducting interviews, issuing job offers and completing reference checks
- Review and update the company handbook to ensure optimal compliance across all jurisdictions
- Complete weekly and monthly HR reports to present to the company board including payroll, recruitment and employee attendance
- Liaise with payroll to notify the department of new starters, leavers and employees on paternity/maternity
- Deliver training to area managers on day to day employee queries and development ie. absence, recruitment and performance
- Lead on the implementation of new company training programs to improve employees skillset and enhance retention.
.What will you require?
- Over 2-3 years HR Generalist experience
- Experienced in end to end recruitment, HR Reporting and Employee Relations
- Skilled in utilising HR Systems, delivering/organising training and liaising with payroll
- Excellent Knowledge of NI and UK Legislation
- Preferable to have CIPD Level 5 or HR Degree
- Access to a car and obtained full driving license
