Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior HR Advisor to support a growing, multi-site organisation across the UK. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys delivering practical HR solutions. You will be the go-to HR contact for teams across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes across multiple locations
- Compliance & Policy: Maintain and update HR policies in line with current employment legislation across jurisdictions
- Employee Relations: Provide first-line support for managers and employees on ER matters including absence, performance, and conduct
- Payroll & Benefits: Ensure accurate payroll inputs, manage employee benefits, and support retention initiatives
- HR Administration: Oversee employee records, contracts, and data management in line with GDPR and statutory requirements
- Learning & Development: Support the delivery of training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement
- HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR systems, track key HR metrics (e.g. absence, turnover), and provide actionable insights
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Advisor or Generalist role, ideally in a multi-site environment
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of employment law in both UK & Northern Ireland
- Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle
- Confident handling employee relations and advising managers
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in HR systems, data management, and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel across the UK (full driving licence and access to a vehicle required).
