Should you apply?

• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior Health and Safety role.
• Strong skills in Health & Safety Management in UK & Ireland are highly desirable.
• Experience in the development and implementation of ISO systems & 45001)
• Relevant qualifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout UK & Europe.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

Duties:

• Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and near misses, providing actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Supervise and manage junior advisors
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures tailored to specific environments and operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on safety findings, including recommendations for improvements and compliance status.
• Provide training sessions on safety practices, first aid procedures, and emergency response protocols to employees at all levels.
