The role is office based Tuesday – Thursday, with Monday and Friday WFH days. The role is permanent and comes with great career development opportunities.

A prestigious wealth management firm based in Belfast is seeking a talented Senior Financial Insurance Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Financial Insurance Administrator, you’ll be at the forefront of client service excellence in a rapidly evolving industry.
The Role
As a Senior Financial Services Administrator, you will closely with the Financial Advisors to carry out a range of support duties. Typical tasks include:
- Manage and optimise the client review process, ensuring top-notch service delivery
- Utilise the Intelligent Office system to maintain accurate client records and streamline workflows
- Collaborate with a team of 7 advisors, paraplanners, and financial services administrators
- Contribute to the company’s growth strategy
- Build relationships with clients, providers and internal stakeholders
Desired Criteria
- Proven experience in financial services administration in a wealth management setting
- Strong knowledge of client review processes and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in using financial management software, ideally Intelligent Office
Package
- Salary £28 – £32K
