This is a fantastic senior-level opportunity for an experienced Estimator to play a key strategic role in the companys continued growth. As Senior Estimator, youll take full ownership of the estimating function working closely with senior leadership, commercial, pre-construction, and delivery teams. You’ll be instrumental in pricing major projects, developing tender strategies, and leading high-value bids from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the estimating process across large-scale projects Prepare detailed cost plans, tenders, and submissions Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and supply chain partners Analyse subcontractor pricing and manage procurement input Support and mentor junior estimators Attend handover meetings and contribute to project planning What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a senior estimating role (ideally within building or civil construction) Strong commercial awareness and ability to price from first principles Experience working on frameworks and major tenders Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously Why This Role?
