We’re looking for a confident, instinctive Senior Designer to help lead projects from concept to completion. You’ll bring ideas built on meaning and feeling, not just aesthetic. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping creative direction across brand, campaign, digital and motion work. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, client services and specialist teams, helping to elevate ideas, structure projects and present impactful solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring design excellence and strategic alignment
- Present confidently to clients, articulating ideas and rationale clearly and persuasively
- Plan and structure projects in collaboration with client services and strategy teams
- Direct and brief animators, video, and digital teams to bring concepts to life across media
- Act as a brand advocate, ensuring best practice and consistency across guidelines and applications
- Mentor and support junior team members, nurturing creativity and attention to detail
- Contribute to workshops and brand development sessions, shaping ideas that connect emotionally and intellectually
- Push the craft and storytelling of Mammoth’s creative output, from concept to motion, print to digital
Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional design experience within a creative or brand agency
- Strong conceptual thinker with a refined sense of typography, layout and brand systems
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both internally and with clients
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and comfortable working with Figma(non-essential)
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams with composure and focus
- Intuitive and informed mindset, able to balance instinct with strategy in creative decision-making
Bonus Points
- Experience in motion design, animation direction or video editing
- Knowledge of digital design systems and interactive storytelling
- Interest in brand strategy and how creative ideas translate across channels
