Our respected housing authority client is seeking an organised, customer-focused individual to join their team as a Senior Admin Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be the first point of contact for the Regional Manager and provide high-level administrative support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
- Managing the Regional Manager’s diary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Responding to messages and relaying key information on behalf of the RM
- Preparing agendas, attending meetings, and taking minutes
- Organising travel, accommodation, and logistics for meetings and events
- Drafting letters, reports, and presentations as required
- Handling confidential correspondence via email, letter, and telephone
- Maintaining accurate and well-organised digital and paper filing systems
- Monitoring deadlines and supporting the RM in keeping track of key tasks
- Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders professionally
- Conducting research and compiling documents to support decision-making
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous demonstrable experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
This onsite role based in Ballymena requiring an urgent start. The role is projected to last until 02/01/2026 and is paying up to £13.91 per hour.
The hours of work are 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday (40 hours per week).
