Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Provide a professional and secure reception experience to all visitors, contractors, and staff
- Meet, greet, and assist visitors, ensuring passes are issued and accurate records are maintained
- Secure the premises at the end of the day
- Handle incoming calls, transfer enquiries, and manage the switchboard when required
- Monitor access, issue and collect security passes/lanyards, and ensure procedures are followed
- Maintain accurate logs of visitors, contractors, couriers, and incidents
- Support security operations, including assisting in emergency situations and conducting searches when required
- Ensure reception and lobby areas are kept clean, tidy, and aligned with client presentation standards
- Role model professional appearance, behaviour, and the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
