On behalf of our client based in Maghera we are recruiting for a Legal Secretary
Hours: Mon-Frid 9am-5pm – 35hpw
Duties will include:
- Typing a high volume of legal documents and general correspondence,
- First point of contact for clients face to fact & over the telephone.
- Incoming and outgoing post
- Processing incoming and outgoing emails
- Preparing client files
- Dealing with all enquiries efficiently and in a professional manner.
- Responsible for diary management
Essential Criteria
- 2 + years Administration experience
- Experience in a busy office processing legal documents (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in using Word, Outlook, Excel
