A growing IT services provider based in Magherafelt is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic team.
The company is known for delivering expert technical support and innovative IT solutions to a wide range of clients across Northern Ireland.
Your RoleThe IT Support Engineer will provide both remote and on-site support, resolving technical issues and helping clients make the most of their IT infrastructure. The role involves working with a variety of systems, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking equipment, and security tools.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar IT support role, ideally at an MSP
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
