This is a newly created role where the successful candidate will utilise their own sales expertise while effectively leading a team of motivated sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the entire sales process, excelling in lead generation, CRM management, relationship building, and closing deals. We are seeking a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record who can inspire high performance in others. This role requires a sharp-minded leader who can coach, advise, motivate, and build a high-performing team, while also making necessary staffing decisions when required. Objectives of this role Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team Ensure the CRM database is effectively utilized to its fullest potential Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the team is prepared to face daily challenges Recruit, train, motivate, and advise sales representatives Collaborate with directors to set sales goals, analyse performance data, make forecasts, and communicate these objectives to the team daily Continuously develop hiring, training, and leadership skills to ensure effective sales tactics are in place to meet revenue objectives Generate leads, drive sales, and nurture client relationships Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and broadens the company’s global presence Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of sales representatives Identify knowledge gaps within the team and implement strategies to address them Conduct daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and track progress toward company targets Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes Required skills and qualifications A minimum of five years of experience in managing sales teams Proven success throughout the entire sales process, from planning to closing Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong leadership abilities Experience working with High Net Worth Individuals Contact Nicky Strutt
