Located on the outskirts of Portadown, Prentice is a locally owned family business.

Operating from our state of the art showroom, we are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our BMW Sales Department.

This position offers the opportunity for a highly motivated and hardworking administrator to join our team.

About the role

As Sales Support Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Department by ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation throughout the sales process.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate showroom car price displays.
  • Support Sales Executives in coordinating and managing customer handovers.
  • Liaise with Sales Executives and customers to ensure all aspects of the handover process are completed efficiently and professionally.
  • Organise and oversee the signing of all required sales documentation.
  • Assist in coordination of the vehicle demonstrator fleet.
  • Conduct pre-handover vehicle checks to ensure presentation standards are met (e.g., cleanliness, accessories such as umbrellas included, etc.).
  • Assist with file auditing, sales invoices, vehicle registrations, document submission for pay-outs, and vehicle taxing.
  • Order new vehicle stock and support the advertising of Approved Used Stock.
  • Keep all sales paperwork and records up to date and compliant.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Business, including communicating with customers, preparing documentation, and ensuring accuracy in all customer-related paperwork.

About you

The ideal candidate would be extremely organised, with great attention to detail, be able to manage work load and prioritising tasks to ensure efficiency. Previous vehicle administration experience is not essential but would be advantageous.

Essential Criteria

Applicants must demonstrate how they meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Possess a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Be able to show excellent time management
  • Excellent IT skills to include MS Office and Excel, Google Documents
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy to include English & Math GCSE or the equivalent, grade C or above.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in vehicle sales administration

Hours and Salary

  • Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.30pm
  • Saturday on rota basis every other week 9.00am 1.00pm
  • Salarynegotiable depending on experience
