Sales & Specification Representative
£30,000 to £38,000 + commission & benefits
Our client is a specialist contractor who create and deliver high quality finishings to the construction and build sectors and are seeking to appoint their new permanent Sales & Specifications Representative.
Working in office, from home and travelling to clients sites and premises and supplying and selling into architects, interior designers, contractors and direct clients you will be responsible for;
- Growing and developing client relationships in target markets and industries
- Developing your understanding of customer requirements and providing tailored solutions
- Handling client specifications
- Developing client project proposals
- Generating and pursing sales leads
- Contract negotiations
- Liaising with internal teams (design, production etc) on projects
- Attending and representing business at trade shows, events etc
What we are looking for
- Sales experience gained within or into the construction, interior or architectural markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident multitasker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Sound level of IT literacy across MS Office suite
- Driving license
