The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll take ownership of a wide range of marketing and commercial activities, contributing to brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll gain hands-on experience across campaigns, events, and client support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline media.
- Create engaging content for the company website, social media (particularly LinkedIn), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Active Campaign or similar), blogs, case studies, PR and branding materials.
- Support the organisation of both in-person and virtual events across NI and ROI.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Prepare and issue customer quotes, manage orders, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Provide administrative support, including coordinating internal and charity events, managing deliveries, and handling general office enquiries.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, sales support, or similar B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Competence in MS Office, WordPress CMS, Canva, and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Active Campaign.
- Confident communicator, comfortable making phone calls and hosting meetings.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ambition to grow within both marketing and sales functions.
Desirable:
- Experience organising B2B events.
- Background in the IT or technology sector.
- Marketing or related qualification.
- Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles.
