Sales Manager Hospitality / Weddings & Events

This is an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality / Events / Hospitality focused professional to join an award-winning venue as their new Sales Manager focusing on Wedding & Events at their impressive facility.
You will report to the GM and in a hands on and busy role you will actively drive new and repeat business to the hotel & facility, this will include;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across weddings, events, and corporate sectors
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, agencies, and suppliers
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to retain market share and grow revenue
- Meet and exceed individual and departmental sales targets
- Conduct detailed site visits and act as an ambassador for the hotels service and standards
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to maximise conversion and guest satisfaction
What we are looking for
- A background in hospitality or events with an interest in weddings & events!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach with a “can-do” attitude and commitment to excellence
- Knowledge of booking systems and CRM platforms
