Working with a leading Engineering firm who are seeking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

Criteria

• Experience of working within a similar role ideally Engineering
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Conduct market research and understand the customer and industrys needs.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns
