We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing external or hybrid sales team within a B2B environment. This role is focused on delivering sustainable revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, team development, and strong customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a sales team to achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Drive sales proactivity across both new business and existing accounts.
Develop and execute market-led sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ride-alongs to support team development.
Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar team leadership role within B2B.
Strong people management and coaching capabilities.
Highly motivated and organised, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Strong communicator and team player, comfortable collaborating across departments.
Commercially focused, with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
