Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by shaping and delivering targeted sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Proactively uncover new opportunities through networking, lead generation, and prospecting.
- Research market trends and potential growth areas to stay ahead of competitors.
- Design and roll out sales campaigns promoting bedrooms, dining, meetings, and event spaces.
- Strengthen partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses.
- Take an active role in coordinating B2B outreach, site visits, trade fairs, and other sales-focused initiatives.
- Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics, and produce regular reports to track performance.
- Work in tandem with the marketing executive and revenue manager to ensure promotional activity complements pricing and demand strategies.
- Manage relationships with external associations and affiliations, supporting wider business objectives.
The ideal candidate:
- Experienced in sales, ideally within hospitality or B2B/strong B2C
- Marketing experience
- CRM systems experience
- Well presented and ability to present well to the customer
- Familiar with local landscape (hospitality preferred)
