Were now seeking a pro-active and ambitious Sales Executive to join our friendly showroom team and help us continue to grow our business.
The Role
As a Sales Executive at Flynns Flooring, youll be at the heart of our customer experience. Youll help clients choose the right products for their homes while ensuring every visit to our showroom is welcoming and informative.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and advising customers in the showroom with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Providing product knowledge on flooring and tiles.
- Measuring and designing floor layouts to create accurate customer quotations.
- Processing customer orders and managing follow-up communication to ensure satisfaction.
- Managing stock movement and keeping displays organised and presentable.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional showroom environment at all times.
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to make sales.
- Customer-focused with great communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident working independently, taking initiative in a busy retail environment.
- Detail-oriented when preparing quotations and processing orders.
- Friendly and professional, ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.
Experience in flooring and tile sales would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
