This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a well-established business in the home improvement sector and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
The Role:
As a Sales Executive, youll be the first point of contact for both walk-in customers and trade clients, guiding them through product choices and helping them find the perfect solutions for their space. Youll manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to order completion while contributing to showroom performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers in choosing products that suit their style, requirements and budget.
- Create detailed and accurate quotations, following up on all enquiries to close sales.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with trade clients and local businesses.
- Offer expert advice on product samples, pricing, stock level and complementary accessories.
- Process customer orders and payments efficiently and accurately using internal systems.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and smooth deliveries.
- Keep the showroom tidy, organised and visually appealing for all visitors.
- Consistently work towards personal sales goals while contributing to overall showroom success.
Experience Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Previous experience in retail, interiors or a similar customer-facing sales role.

Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware.

A genuine interest in home improvement or interior design is an advantage.
