Why This Role Matters
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team. This is a proactive outbound sales role where you’ll be on the frontlines hunting for new opportunities, opening doors with prospects, and filling the pipeline for our Account Executives.

What You’ll Do

Proactively reach out to new prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest.

Hit daily activity targets for calls, emails, and social outreach.

Research and identify potential customers in our target markets.

Book qualified discovery calls and demos for our Account Executives.

Collaborate with Marketing and DataOps to refine prospect lists and messaging.

Manage leads and track activity accurately in our CRM (HubSpot).

Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly goals for booked meetings and qualified opportunities.

Earn bonuses tied directly to revenue from customers you helped bring in.
What You’ll Bring

Proven sales experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced B2B environment.

A track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

Location
This is primarily an office-based role in Belfast. Some remote flexibility may be available over time, with the potential to evolve into a hybrid setup.
