Permanent Sales Development Executive required for our client based in West Belfast.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the existing customer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth within the Wholesale Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, grow, and develop the existing customer base
- Review weekly sales figures and account profitability
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries regarding products, orders, and deliveries
- Conduct regular visits to customers and suppliers
Essential Criteria
- Availability for early morning shifts starting at 4:00 AM
- Access to a car due to early starts
- Have a minimum of 5 years sales experience within an FMCG environment (within the past 10 years)
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a proven track record of growing a customer base and improving profit margins
- Have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Possess strong presentation skills
- Have an analytical and commercially minded approach to business
- Demonstrate a history of process improvement
- Exhibit excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
- Be comfortable with taking responsibility and meeting tight deadlines
- Have the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new information
- Display confidence across all aspects of the role

Salary
Negotiable, dependent on experience

Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday: 04:00 am 13:00 pm
