Sales Assistant My client is a family-owned business, who specialise in food storage and distribution operations. Based in Craigavon, they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position. Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm. With a salary of £29,000 per annum. Job Role: You will be responsible for the general assistance and support to the sales rep portfolio of customers in NI, ROI & GB. Essential Criteria: Previous Sales Assistant experience within a similar role. IT proficient with the use and familiarity of using email, Microsoft Office packages and ERP system. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Follow daily call schedule for customers next day deliveries. Answer queries from customers in relation to products, pricing, deliveries, availability of product. Liaise with customers in relation to product specs. Inform rep of any issues relating to customer accounts, potential product lines that could be introduced.
